Jewel Lake Villa Apartments is located in beautiful South Anchorage, Alaska. We are a subsidized housing complex with income restrictions. You must meet the income restrictions based on household size to qualify for this property.

Jewel Lake Villa's purpose is to provide quality, affordable, and safe housing available to persons with limited economic resources. A successful applicant will pay approximately 30% (1/3) of their monthly gross income for rent while the Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) assists with balance. Note: Apartments are made available to residents in
order by which completed application are received, wait times
for apartments can vary from 30 to 90 days or more. We encourage
household to begin the application process early if you are
anticipating a future move.
